Shipping, Return, And Exchange Policies

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We hope that you cherish the items you purchased from Inner Shine, if for any reason you do not, our return policy is easy and quick. 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with what you purchase from our boutique . If the garment is unworn and unwashed, you can exchange the item or return it for a full refund in the first 30 days. Tags must be attached. Refunds are provided according to the payment method used. Gift returns will receive a gift card in the specified amount.

Our Return and Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the form of which payment was received. At this time, we are unable to accept exchanges. 

Gift cards are final sale.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Exchanges for items of equal or lesser value will not incur further shipping charges.

Returns require 3-4 weeks for processing. If an email address has been provided, you will receive an email confirmation of the processed exchange or return. Alternatively, you can log into your account to see your order history and your return status.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Up until an order ships, you may cancel if needed. There will be no reason for a refund, the customer is charged when the order ships.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are shipped via UPS. Delivery is available Mon-Fri only. We do not offer delivery on Saturdays at present.

Inner Shine ships to customers in the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Puerto Rice. Please contact us to inquire about international shipping.

Shipping may not occur on the day the order is placed. It may take up to 2 business days to process and ship the order. We do not ship or process orders on national holidays or weekends.

When ordering expedited shipping, please note that orders may take up to 2 business days to process.

  • UPS Next Day: 1 business day 
  • UPS 2nd Day: 2 business days
  • 3-Day Express Shipping: 3 business days – only available in the continental US
  • UPS Ground: 5-10 business days
Orders of $200 or more receive UPS Ground shipping at no additional charge.

ORDER TRACKING

Having an account allows you to track your orders online via our website. Simply log in and select "My Orders." Clicking on an individual order will provide you with order details and a tracking number. You can type the tracking number in at the UPS website, or click the number to be brought there automatically. Set up an account today to take advantage of this and other benefits.  

HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE BY MAIL

Before mailing the item you wish to return please submit a request for a Return Authorization (RA). You can do that either by reaching our Customer Service at 744-844-6300 ext. 100 or help@shineitsyourtime.com

Once your request has been received and processed, a customer service representative will email your RA confirmation as well as a shipping label to return your merchandise.

Please note returns will be not accepted without prior authorization (RA).

NOTE: We do recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that your refund is completed.

  • Request a Return – You will be provided with an authorization number after submitting the form on the returns page. You can also email us or call customer service for assistance.
  • Include your returns form in the package you are sending.
  • Print Shipping Label – After receiving your request, you will receive a shipping label in your email. Please print this to use as your shipping label. If you choose to use another shipping method, it must be a trackable method and provide us with the tracking information. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
  • Packaging and Shipping Your Return - May be returned in the original shipping box. Please send all returns to:

  • Refunds – Refunds are made using the same payment method you purchased the items with. It may take 10-14 days for the refund to post. Items received after the 30-day limit, will be refunded for store credit only. This is subject to inspection and approval from our team specialist.
